There are a number of possible reasons why the Download button (for the Circus or Advent Calendar) does not appear. Please check the following:
- You are using an iPad or other device which does not support Flash. We're sorry but you cannot download the Circus or Advent Calendar to your device. But please also consult this page for further information about tablet versions of our Advent Calendars.
- You are using a PC or Mac computer, but you do not have the latest Flash Player installed. Please click here to install the Flash Player.
- You are using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 in the Modern view. Move your cursor to the bottom of the screen and the Address Bar should appear. Click the wrench icon in the bottom-right to open the Page Tools menu. Select "View on Desktop" to switch to Desktop view where you should see the "Download Now" button.
