There are a number of possible reasons why the Advent Calendar Download button does not appear. Please review the following:
You are using an iPad or other device which does not support Flash.
You are using a PC or Mac computer, but you do not have the latest Flash Player installed. Please click here to install the Flash Player.
You are using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 in the Modern view. Move your cursor to the bottom of the screen and the Address Bar should appear. Click the wrench icon in the bottom-right to open the Page Tools menu. Select "View on Desktop" to switch to Desktop view where you should see the "Download Now" button.
