Problems using WebTV or MSN TV to view a card

Jacquie's animated e-cards use a software program called "Flash" which provides the means of displaying animated graphics with music. Flash is currently the only widely-supported tool for showing web-based animations, and without it, these cards could not exist.

Unfortunately, however, many WebTV or MSN TV sets do not have the capability to show Flash animations. Although some of them claim compatibility with version 4 of Flash, which is the version used by many of our cards, we have found that in fact this level of compatibility is not supported in reality. Having said that, some Web TV users have reported being able to see all our cards with no problems.

Because Web TV does not support downloading of software from the Internet, it's not possible to solve the problem by downloading the latest Flash player. Unfortunately, therefore, if the card does not display properly on your Web TV set, this is almost certainly an incompatibility which cannot be corrected.
