I get Error Code 2 and then my Mac freezes!

This problem affects Mac users running Internet Explorer version 5.1.7 on OS8 or OS9.

The bug does not affect older versions of Internet Explorer, but unfortunately Microsoft does not appear to have a download site for older versions of IE.

The problem will typically occur the second time you view any card.

We recommend you download the Netscape browser here:

http://browser.netscape.com/downloads/archive/

When you reach this page, select 7.02 English - Netscape 7 for Mac Power PC.

Once Netscape is installed, you will need to run the Flash installation program again, by going to:

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

and install Flash for Netscape from that page.

Unfortunately this is an error in the Flash Player and/or Internet Explorer, not in our cards, and it is unlikely that Adobe (who are the authors of the Flash software) or Microsoft (authors of Internet Explorer) will fix this problem now, because OS9 is no longer the current operating system for Apple Mac computers.
