Problems using PC computer to view a card
Please select one of the following:
- I've been sent a card but I don't know how to view it
- When I try to view a card I get a plain coloured screen
- When I try to view a card I get a plain screen with
or 
(or similar) in the top left corner
- When I try to view a card it gets stuck part way through
- When I try and preview a card, nothing happens or I hear a noise or see a "fist"
- I can see the card but I cannot hear the music
- I am viewing one of the darker cards (e.g. Hallowe'en) and it is too dark!
- The background of the card is bright red!
- I am trying to view a card I was sent, but none of the above is applicable
- I am not trying to view a card I was sent
