This is usually caused by security settings on your computer which are preventing the display of ActiveX objects. Please follow the instructions below.

AOL USERS
Go to AOL keyword Preferences, then select Internet Options, then proceed as for Internet Explorer below.

INTERNET EXPLORER
Click Tools, then Internet Options. Select the Security tab. In the lower half of the window, if you see a slider bar, make sure that it is set to Medium. If you do not see a slider bar, but instead you see the words "Custom Level", then either click Default Level to restore the security settings to the normal ones; or click the Custom Level button, find the entry marked "Run ActiveX Controls and Plugins", and make sure that it is marked "Enabled".

OTHER BROWSERS
If you are using any other browser, please consult the Help pages for your browser to determine how to ensure that plugins are allowed to run.

THIRD-PARTY SECURITY SOFTWARE - NORTON, McAFEE etc.
If you have any third-party security software (e.g. Norton, McAfee, Zone Alarm) then these products may also be preventing the display of ActiveX Controls. Please check the help for your product to find out how to prevent the product from interfering with the Flash Player. (Note: lots of people have Norton or McAfee anti-virus programs: these do not have any effect on the Flash Player and should be left running under all circumstances.)
