We do not send spam.
If you have received an unsolicited mail which you believe to be from jacquielawson.com, then the only
possible explanations are:
- One of our members sent you an e-card. If you do not know the sender, then it is possible that they
entered your address mistakenly for someone else's. If however you believe that the e-card was in fact
an unsolicited commercial mailing then
please click here and let us know by filling
in the form with as much detail as you can give. Sending unsolicited commercial mail from
jacquielawson.com is strictly forbidden and anyone doing this will risk having their membership
terminated immediately.
- You are a member but you don't realise it. You may have joined us and forgotten, or you may have been
purchased gift membership by a friend. If the mailing you received looks as though it was intended
for members of jacquielawson.com then this is the likeliest explanation. We never send
mailshots to non-members: it is completely against our privacy policy and anyway, we loathe spam
and spammers and there is no way we would get involved in that sort of thing!
- If the mail you received was obviously spam (e.g. if it was advertising Viagra or pornography or
cheap Rolex watches) and it appeared to come from a jacquielawson.com address, then the sender address
was forged. This is an unfortunate trick of the spammers - they will send mail pretending to be
from reputable companies in the hope that you will read their mail. You can verify that this is the
case by checking the mail headers, which will clearly show that the mail was not in fact sent from
our mailservers.
If you would like personal assistance with your enquiry, please select "no" and the
next page will then show a form on which to submit your query.
