We are aware of this problem but there is no easy fix. It occurs because the box in which you enter the message is in fact a Flash "animation", not a normal HTML message input box. We do it this way because it allows the message to be displayed in Jacquie's "handwriting" font, so you see it on screen exactly the same as it will appear on the card.

Unfortunately, the only way of getting the message you have entered out of the Flash box and into the website program is to click the Send or Preview button. If you click either of the "Add..." buttons under the Address Book, or the "More recipients" button, then the message cannot be saved and has to be re-entered.

The easiest way around this problem is to click the Preview button, and then immediately close the preview window; then add the extra recipients as required.

If you find this difficult to remember then another option is to click on the link right at the bottom of the page, which switches into a "plain HTML" version of the page. This only shows the message in normal text, but should you need to add more recipients, the message is not lost.
