There are several possible reasons for this, and the answer depends on exactly which error message you are getting, as follows: The domain 'xxxxxxxx' is incorrect or is not configured to accept e-mail (DNS lookup failed). Please click here for more information on this problem. The e-mail address 'xxxxxxxx' contains one or more invalid characters.Spaces and most punctuation marks are not allowed in Internet email addresses. Please check your entry to make sure that you did not include any spaces. Sometimes people inadvertently add a space at the beginning or in the middle - e.g. john @ mycompany.com - and this would be incorrect and should be written as john@mycompany.com. A few addresses contain an apostrophe (i.e. the ' character). This is not strictly permitted by Internet email standards. Some mail server software packages allows them, others do not. Unfortunately, ours does not. The only real workaround, if you want to send a card to such an address, is to send the card to yourself and then forward it from your own mail program to the intended recipient.
