I sent a card but the recipient says they cannot view it

Sorry about this problem. On the vast majority of computers the cards run without any problems at all, but sometimes there are problems with the Flash player or obscure security settings, which prevent them from showing properly.

It's impossible for us to solve this without knowing the recipient's browser configuration, version number, operating system, and so forth, so really the best thing is to get them to contact us directly. Please ask them to visit this page:

This will take them through some simple questions about their setup, and if the answers given do not solve the problem then they'll be able to submit a query to our helpline. Submitting a query this way will automatically send details about their browser configuration and so forth to us, so we shouldn't have to ask them any difficult technical questions!
