Queries about Gift Membership

How do I send Gift Membership to someone?

To send a gift membership, first log on to the website. Next select a card that you would like to send by clicking on OUR CARDS on the top menu, selecting a card from the available list and click on the SEND THIS CARD button.

On the next screen add the recipients name and email address and then check SEND GIFT MEMBERSHIP OF JACQUIELAWSON.COM WITH THIS CARD. Then add your message and click SEND CARD. You will then be taken to the payment page to choose your method of payment: just follow the instructions.

We regret that we cannot accept gift membership payments by cheque or money order: you will need a credit or debit card to pay for your gift.

Make sure you get the recipient's email address correct! They will receive your card and information about how to log on. The email we send them will include a password which we will make up for them.

I have sent Gift Membership to the wrong address!

Whoops! Click CARDS PENDING. If the gift membership card is still in the list, then click Edit and correct the address.

If it is not in the list, then it must have already been sent. Please click here and then fill in the form, giving full details of the incorrect and correct email addresses for the recipient and we will fix the problem.

The person I sent Gift Membership to has not received it

Please click CARD HISTORY in the menu above, and check if the card has been sent. If you cannot find it in Card History, check in Cards Pending. If it is still pending, then it may be that we are still waiting for payment - especially if you paid by cheque or money order, or by Paypal e-check.

If you paid by credit card and the card is still in Cards Pending, please click here and tell us all about it, including the date and method of payment (but do not include any credit card details), and any transaction reference numbers you were given when you paid.

If the card is in Card History, then it was sent and the membership has been opened for the intended recipient. For advice on finding why the card was not delivered, please click here. When you have established what the reason for non-delivery was (e.g. if the address was not correct), contact us by clicking here, not forgetting to include details of the recipient's correct email address, and we will set things straight so that your recipient can start to use their membership.
