Card History and Cards PendingTo see a list of cards you have previously sent, log on and click CARD HISTORY in the menu above. Please note that this menu option will only appear after you have successfully logged on. If the card was only recently sent and is still in the queue to be sent out by our mailserver, then it will not yet appear in the Card History page and you will see it instead in Cards Pending. Typically it takes only about 10 minutes for a card to be sent from the time you order it, but at busy times, when our mail server might be handling thousands of cards an hour, it may take a little longer. Can I delete entries from Card History?Please click here for questions about deleting your Card History. What does N/A mean in the Viewed column?We only started recording when cards were viewed in December 2003. Cards sent before then will show N/A in this column, meaning "not applicable". Can I filter my Card History?Yes. To view cards sent to an individual in your Address Book, select the email address from the drop down list and then click List Cards Sent. To view cards sent to an address which is not in your address book, then enter their email address in box and click List Cards Sent.
