There are two ways you can enter your addresses, depending on how you want them sequenced for display.

If you enter all the names using the leftmost column only (e.g. "David Jones" in the "First Name" column and blank in the "Last Name" column), then the list will be displayed in order of the first name - i.e. Andrew Smith before David Jones.

If you enter the first and last names separately in each column, then the list will be displayed in order of last name - i.e. David Jones before Andrew Smith.
