I have a problem or query about previewing a card

Please select whichever of the following most closely matches your enquiry.

• Nothing happens when I click the Preview Card option
• When I click Preview Card, I get a message saying I need to log on again!
• When I try and preview a card, nothing happens or I hear a noise or see a "fist"
• The message I entered is truncated when I preview the card
