Nothing happens when I click the Preview Card option

The likeliest cause of this problem is that you have a popup blocker on your computer. You may not even be aware of having such a thing, since popup blockers are built-in to various browsers, toolbars and so on. Please click here for detailed instructions.

If that does not fix the problem, and if the "preview card" button which is causing the problem is the one on the Send Card page (i.e. the preview button underneath the box where you enter your message), then please click here for further instructions.
