I log on OK, but when I try to preview or send a card, I am told I have to log on again!

This indicates a problem with cookies on your computer.

When you log on, we temporarily store a cookie on your computer to prove that you're a valid logged-on member. That way, every time you ask for a new page, our server knows to let you send cards, view your card history, and so on.

It is unlikely to be your browser software itself which is causing this problem, because if your browser is not set up to allow cookies then this would be detected at the point of logon and you would not have received a "Logon Successful" message.

Probably what's happening is that the cookie is being removed or blocked by some third-party software on your computer. The likeliest culprit is any kind of software which claims to protect your privacy - for example, Zone Alarm, Norton Internet Security and some McAfee software.

If you know how to configure your privacy software, set it up to allow www.jacquielawson.com to save cookies on your computer. If you do not know how to do this, try just disabling the privacy software on a temporary basis, just to prove that it is causing the problem. Then restart your computer and try sending a card again.

IMPORTANT! Software which only claims to have anti-virus capabilities will not have this effect and should not be disabled.
