It's easy to change the details we hold for your membership, including your name, email address, and password. If you have not already logged on, do so now. If you cannot remember your existing password please click here. When you have logged on successfully, click MY DETAILS in the menu. This option will only appear after you have logged on, and it will allow you to change your password, email address, and other details. How do I change the sender's name on the cards I send?The name which the recipient sees as the sender of the card will normally be the same as the name you enter in the MY DETAILS page (see above). But when you send a card, there's a prompt on the page which lets you change the sender's name for each individual card - so, for example, you can send a card to your grandchildren from "Grandma" while keeping your actual name on the membership details page.
