All our cards are restricted in the number of times they can be viewed. This is to protect the interests of our members by preventing cards from being endlessly forwarded on by non-members to others.
If you are seeing a message that the card has been viewed too many times, then the chances are that you are not in fact the original recipient of the card. If you are, and you would like to see the card again, then please contact the person who sent you the card and ask them to send it again.
If you are not the original recipient of the card then we're very sorry but we cannot help you.
