If I buy an Advent Calendar for my computer can I also use it on my phone/tablet, or vice versa?

If you purchased the Advent Calendar direct from our website, then yes. Just make sure that you log in to the Advent Calendar app on all devices using the same email address and password that you use for your jacquielawson.com account.

If you purchased the Advent Calendar as an in-app purchase from the Advent Calendar app on your iOS or Android device, then it's a bit more complicated. If you logged in to the app using your jacquielawson.com account details before making the in-app purchase, then your purchase should have been logged against your jacquielawson.com account, and you should find that if you download the desktop version of the app and log in using the same email address and password, it should work. If it does not, please contact our helpline by taking the third option at the bottom of this page.

If you made the in-app purchase without logging in to the app using your jacquielawson.com account email address, then your purchase will have been recorded against your Apple or Google app store account and not your jacquielawson.com account. In order to use the Advent Calendar on your computer as well as your Apple or Google device, please first register on our website (if you are not already a member), and then contact our helpline by taking the third option below.

I get a message that my activation code is already redeemed!

You only need to activate your Advent Calendar once, no matter how many devices you install it on. Once activated, do not try to activate again, but simply download the app to the device(s) required, and then log in to the app using the exact same email address and password that you used for activation.

Will my progress, tree decorations etc. be the same on all my devices?

No, unfortunately not. You can run the Advent Calendar on multiple devices but your tree decorations, progress, status and so forth are all stored on the device itself and so will be different on each device.
