I have a question about automatic log on

What is automatic log on?

You can have your computer remember your log on details and automatically log you on every time you visit jacquielawson.com.

This requires a permanent cookie to be saved on your computer, containing details which will allow our web server to identify you every time you come back to the site.

You should not use this option on a computer to which other people have access.

If you change your mind after selecting this option, simply log off before you quit the site. You can do this by clicking on the Log Off link at the top of any page. This will delete the permanent cookie.

Conversely, if you wish to retain this option, do not log off when you have finished.

For more information about cookies, please see our cookies page.

The automatic log on does not work!

If you are not automatically logged on when you return to jacquielawson.com, the following are the possible reasons:

  1. You do not have permanent cookies enabled. It may be that your browser is blocking the cookie or it may be that you have some third-party privacy software which is blocking it. Please see our cookies page for further details about cookies.
  2. You are using a different computer, or a different browser program. The automatic log on only works if you use the same computer and browser.
  3. You logged off last time you visited jacquielawson.com. If you want to use the automatic log on facility, don't log off when you've finished.
