Hope this finds you well and looking forward to the festive season. We have had a busy year - mostly with medical appointments for Tom. Tom was really well at the start of the year and we managed to have a cruise in May with family members. Unfortunately a scan in early July showed the cancer was back and he had to start on chemotherapy again but it didn't work this time and in September it was stopped. He has now started on immunotherapy and at the time of writing this he is doing OK but it is very early days. He will get another scan in February to see if it is working. We make the most of good days and try to go out and meet up with friends. We miss going on holiday (especially Tom) but we are happy to hear about holidays others have managed during the year. Pleased to say our family are well and the twins who are now in 3rd year claim they are working hard at school. They are looking forward to a school trip to Germany in May.
