Dear Carol Christmas has come around quickly again. I hope you have been healthy and active. My year has been notable as I have had to start dialysis which involves three 4 hour sessions at a local hospital. It is very boring. I can’t complain too much as it keeps me alive. It has certainly cramped my social life and unfortunately I cannot travel abroad, and even within Australia it needs organisation. Nevertheless, Melbourne offers plenty of distractions and I have made good friends. Please look me up when you are in Melbourne again - I presume you are still globe trotting.
