May the new year bring health, Joy and beautiful new beginnings. Well, we are finding out why the senior life is considered the "Golden Years"! Because it takes a ton of gold to pay for all of the doctor's appointments! We have both had several health issues this year but we are still on the right side of the grave and moving forward. We are starting to plan our retirement strategies - warmer and better weather is in the forefront! We managed to deal with all of the bumps the year brought. Last March Paul was in an accident that left his car totaled but thank goodness he had a Subaru and escaped with no injuries due to all the airbags deploying. The new replacement car is of course another Subaru! Later in the year, Arthur upgraded his ride to a BMW X1. Doug and Bella our pugs and Lucy Lu our Siamese cat are all ageing gracefully.
