Dear friend, I will be in Québec when you receive this card with my daughter Lydia, her husband, Natacha and my grandsons celebrating together the end of my crazy year 2025 : a huge 6 weeks trip to New Zealand followed by another long trip to Canada then Corsica and back home. My cooking project started in 2020 is developing quicker than expected ! My 10 students are now 15 years old and are editing their second recipes book with a real publisher ! They spend each scolar holidays cooking with famous Chefs in Marseille, Paris, Normandy and probably Geneva next Spring. As usual I spend a lot of time chasing financial help in order to carry it on but all these activities keep me very much alive. I am not so young anymore so I still dance hard for life is unfortunately too short...I have not found any time yet to start my Memoirs about my 35 years as a teacher and headteacher at this very poor Parc Bellevue Primary School for which I also have a publisher !!! Still, my huge flat in Marseille is open to you should you contemplate to pay me a visit one day... But let me know in advance ! Meanwhile, take care and enjoy life.
