I wish you a peaceful and joyful holiday season. I'll be in Woodinville hoping for snow - it has happened a few times, so possible- but whatever comes, I will be starting new Christmas traditions. Thinking back over the last year, I realize how fortunate I have been to feel so much love and support from you all. Thank you. I have needed it. 2026 will be a very busy year as I deal with insurance, estate issues, and the task of rebuilding our home.
