Why did you decline my credit or debit card payment?
Please check exactly what message you saw when you entered your card number. If it says "That number is not valid", then the card number itself was incorrect. Please retype it, taking great care to enter it correctly, and do not include any spaces or dashes in the long card number.
Otherwise, please understand that we would have no reason to refuse a payment — if your bank agrees to pay us then we'd be delighted! Every credit card transaction is referred directly back to the issuing bank, and a payment is only declined if the cardholder's bank refuses to authorise the transaction.
So before contacting us about a declined payment, please call your bank (or try a different card or payment method).
