I sent a card but the recipient says they cannot view it

We're sorry – we do understand that it's frustrating if you send a card to someone and they can't view it. We do put a huge amount of effort into trying to make sure that our cards will run smoothly on as many different devices as possible, and on the vast majority of computers, phones and tablets they should work without any problems at all. But inevitably there are occasional problems, especially with older devices.

The best way forward is to ask the recipient to visit our FAQ page about problems viewing cards, and if that doesn't solve the problem, to contact our helpline by taking the third option at the bottom of the page. Obviously it really has to be the recipient who does this rather than you, because we may need to ask them a lot of technical questions about their computer setup.
