What security measures do you have in place for my data?

Protection of data in transit

When you enter information into any pages of our website, that information is encrypted by your web browser before it is passed over the internet to our servers. Depending on which web browser you are using, you can see when SSL is active on a page because the website address begins with https:// (the "s" stands for "secure") and/or a padlock icon is shown in the address bar or status bar of the browser.

Our entire website is configured to use https, so all data sent between your computer and our servers is secured in this way.

Protection of data stored on our servers

The computer servers which store your personal data are kept in a highly secure internet hosting facility which features up-to-date alarm systems, secured access, and 24-hour video surveillance.

Finally, we also take great care to protect your data within our own organisation. Your personal information is restricted to those employees who have a need to access it – for example, for customer services purposes; and all employees are made aware of our current security and privacy policies and practice.

For more details of our privacy and security policies, please see our Privacy Policy.
