Where are My Details, Card History, Address Book, etc. on the new site?
All the features which used to be in the orange menu bar of our old site are now under the My Details option. To access these features, first log on if you have not already done so, and you will see My Details at the top of the screen.
On a computer (as opposed to a mobile device), when you hover your mouse over the My details option a short list of the most popular pages comes up: Address Book, Card History and so on. You can click directly on those pop-up options to go to those pages.
If the option you want is not in the list when you hover over My Details, then just click My Details, or click Personal Information and you will be taken to the full My Details menu, which includes facilities for updating your personal account details, your Address book, Card history, Cards pending, and Order history.
