Problem sending ecards using Safari on iOS devices
We are aware of a problem on some iOS devices (Apple iPhones and iPads) whereby when you write a message and try to advance to the next step of sending a card, the browser simply redisplays the original (blank) message page.
We believe this is a problem with the Safari browser, especially on devices which are low on memory. We recommend using any other browser (eg. Chrome) or our Ecards App. However, if you'd like to continue using Safari, the following steps may help:
- Clear Safari's cache and cookies.
- Close other open tabs.
- Close other open apps.
