You have renewed my ecard subscription without my permission!
We're very sorry if we've charged you for an unwanted renewal. We wouldn't have done this unless you selected automatic renewal when you first joined (or last renewed). But it's possible that you either forgot you'd made that selection, or inadvertently selected the wrong option at that time.
If you'd like to hang on to your subscription for another year, but simply want to make sure that the automatic renewal doesn't happen again, then please follow these instructions to cancel automatic renewal.
Alternatively we'll be happy to refund your money; or if you like we could use the payment to set up a gift membership for someone else who may enjoy our ecards. Either way, please let us know by contacting our helpline: just select the third answer to the question at the bottom of this page. If possible please quote the transaction reference number which was given on the renewal confirmation email, and/or the last four digits only of your credit card number.
